1 month post partum UPDATE!! Finally was able to get back to my QW w/o today w Coach Raven & I'm feeling grrreat! Working out during my pregnancy helped not only physically but mentally and emotionally, I highly recommend if you're doctor says it's ok don't be afraid to go ALL IN, you won't regret it! Ty for the love & support π

One month update ππ€π€°πͺπ«Άπ I've been working out at least 3 times a week and have been gaining only 1 pound a month this pregnancy and can see my body toning up & I LOVE ITTT!! Update!! I started QW on March 16th and have been doing at least 2 workouts a day during the week, weekends off and also endugling a bit in my pregnancy cravings but the program has kept me at a good weight and I can see more muscle and toning! I'm 27 weeks pregnant and I am definitely feeling good about my fitness journey and looking forward to seeing how my body continues to change and blossom πΈπ€ women are amazing! Day 2 of officially being apart of Queen Warriors for this Mamiana! Mom of 2 and expecting (25wks)π€°π€ I've always stayed active and been into fitness just not as consistent as I'd like to be to reach an actual fitness goal but we here πͺ π God is so goodπ I'm looking forward to using this as a tool to keep me accountable and consistent.
