Update!! I started QW on March 16th and have been doing at least 2 workouts a day during the week, weekends off and also endugling a bit in my pregnancy cravings but the program has kept me at a good weight and I can see more muscle and toning! I'm 27 weeks pregnant and I am definitely feeling good about my fitness journey and looking forward to seeing how my body continues to change and blossom πΈπ€ women are amazing!
