Hey Queens! Sooo as I was going through my weight loss journey postpartum, I really enjoyed Yvonne and Fabis workouts. When I finished the love yourself summer challenge #teamYvonna, I found out I was pregnant with baby #2! So now I’ve shifted to Jamila’s workouts!! I am trying to stay committed to my workouts so labor a second time is smooth and I don’t pick up a crazy amount of weight…I feel like I’m already showing!!

I am so excited for the summer LYC challenge!
When do we get access to the progress tracker? When will the accountability calls be each week??
My goal is to drop another size and really get my body toned up! I am #teamYvona

Whew! Fabi and Yvonne’s workouts be leaving my whole body shaking !
My scale hasn’t really dipped much the last week and a half BUT I am seeing my body tone up!
Even when you don’t want to workout, just force it! Wont regret that 30 min work 🔥

Queeens I am 7mo postpartum! I’ve been committed to this program for 3 weeks and am down 10lbs! Just finished one of the upper body HIIT workouts! I need my legs, running a 5K tomorrow (first time since pre covid- it’s been a minute!)

I love this Program! I’m a new mom trying to navigate this new chapter while also not forgetting about me! I started about 3 weeks ago- down 8 pounds!

Hey Queens! Postpartum FTM here! Looking to get my pre baby body back (after gaining close to 100 lbs with my baby girl!) Looking to drop 20 more pounds and tone back up! I just completed a booty blast workout and feeling great! Tired momma here, pray for me y’all! I wanna be at my goal weight by my 30th bday this July!! 😘
