Hey Queens! Sooo as I was going through my weight loss journey postpartum, I really enjoyed Yvonne and Fabis workouts. When I finished the love yourself summer challenge #teamYvonna, I found out I was pregnant with baby #2! So now I’ve shifted to Jamila’s workouts!! I am trying to stay committed to my workouts so labor a second time is smooth and I don’t pick up a crazy amount of weight…I feel like I’m already showing!!
