Yes! Mindset is everything. Just do it! But listen to your body as well. I started working out on Monday for the first time as well and I've been working out every day since. And I'm sore as heck! I'm slower and sometimes the last 3-5 seconds I'm not as strong and at times even have to just finish the set early, or set longer, but I'm doing it. The coaches are so motivational and speak to you throughout the whole workout. About What to expect and how to manage pushing through. One thing is for sure, if you try you won't regret it but if you don't try you definitely will regret it. We are warriors! You got this make that fat cry ( when we sweat it's our muscles crying) π
