Snack time! I will drink a bottle of water every time I eat to be sure I reach a gallon/day. That and nutrition are my biggest challenges so this is how I’m pushing through.💪🏾

Hi, thanks for sharing your experiences. You never know who might feel the same as you. I too struggle with nutrition. I tend the fall off the wagon a good bit, but lately I’ve given myself grace. You stated you’ve been disciplined enough to stay consistent for a week. That’s good. Give yourself some grace. I know all too well about what you’re speaking of. I had my first panic attack last year a few months before I turned 40 and it is no joke. I literally thought I was dying. I feel like that’s why it’s so important to give yourself grace. Just keep going. I started giving myself grace and I’m not where I wanna be, but I’m not where I used to be. Hang in there and keep on keeping on baby!❤️
