Possible trauma dump here, just a heads up. 🥴

Hi everyone. What do you do when you fall off?

I get on my grind for a week and I’m feeling great and eating good and AMAZING then when $hit hits the fan because of work or other life things, I get right back into my stress habits. I just had a panic attack last week on Thursday, I’ve never had that happen before.

Now that I’m 39 it feels way more difficult than it used to when I fell off in the past and it’s driving me crazy. Feelin like an old lady.

I know that the stresses of life are always gonna be there but man, I feel like I just can’t catch a break.

Anyone have advice? Anyone can relate?

I work from home in a call center job with back to back calls of people mostly screaming at me, 11 hour shifts, I don’t have a car anymore because I sold it before we moved to Texas from Washington state, and I don’t know anyone in this town so I’m feeling like a loser with no friends or social circle. I feel so isolated and it’s starting to get to me bad.

Anyways enough of my sob story, I guess I just needed a place to vent. I may delete this later.
Going to do today’s affirmation to help these feelings subside a bit hopefully.
