Alright sistas!
My metabolism is so much more ignited now after these 5 weeks that ya girl is now sweating (other than the face, boobies, ass and back! Lol) on her shoulders, arms, knees and shins!!!! Like whaaaaa?!
I can actually see the droplets dripping off my shins and shoulders it’s so wild to me and makes me feel like a bad ass haha 😆
I loveeee how strong I feel!! I just wanna scream it out loud!

So… I made time to complete wk 4 day 1 kettlebell 1 hr class….. and… omg 🥵🥵🥵
I was even sweating on my knees!!! Lol! Yeh, this be that “I need to burn 400-500 calorie ASAP!!” Workout lol

Week 5 starts tomorrow!! Let’s get it!

Vanessa scott that’s really weird! I would contact customer service and see what’s going on. :/ mine hasn’t done that exactly, only for the fab abs and when I downloaded the app update and restarted my phone too, it worked for me again.
