Vanessa scott that’s really weird! I would contact customer service and see what’s going on. :/ mine hasn’t done that exactly, only for the fab abs and when I downloaded the app update and restarted my phone too, it worked for me again.

Try seeing if your app needs to be updated. If not, then log out and log back in.

If that doesn’t fix it, uninstall the app and reinstall it. Log back in and see if that fixes it.
