Who uses QW app in the gym?
I been working out from home with the app and it’s been great! I just didnt have a lot of weight options, but I made it work with bands and other things!

Just curious to see who uses the app on a regular at the gym and how well it works for you instead of at home?

I need to just celebrate for a moment and say I have lost 6lbs since being consistent since 3/25/24… and lost over 3.5” in total!!! 😭💛
I’m so proud of myself!! I have been so depressed and this is what I needed, that extra push to get me back where I need to be! I love being a Queen Warrior! 👑

Will there be another welcome zoom for all of us who were not able to join the LYC 1st zoom because we didn’t get any emails for day 1 (and other emails for the challenge as well)?
Even when we click the links provided by other members in comments, it allows me to initially join but then kicks me out within a second. I’ve tried. Even typing in the meeting # manually and logging in but no change.
Hope this email situation will get fixed :( a lot of us are missing out on this experience.

Does anyone else still get promotional emails from fabi like “less than 8 hours to join the spring challenge!” And other duplicate emails about joining queen warriors even tho you ARE already a member and already joined/paid for the challenge?
At first I thought it was cause I was brand new (back in November when I joined) but the emails keep coming 😅lol
I had to contact Cust service cause I didn’t get the email to send in my pics for the challenge after signing up and now again not getting any emails for the challenge, so I’m just screenshotting what’s been put in here for us.

Anyways, anyone else get duplicate emails or reminder emails to sign up still???

Yalllllll….. I’m starting to see my waist cinch in and my back rolls be less! 🥹🙌🏽😩
Been consistent since Monday 3/25/24 and although my whole focus is not on the scale, it was awesome to see the scale finally budge after MONTHS. 2lbs less and I’m so proud of myself!
I joined the Spring love yourself challenge so there ain’t no stopping me now baby!!
If you are struggling or just can’t seem to stay pressing play, stop and remind yourself of WHY you want to be healthier and fit.
Really reflect on it. I’m telling you, just one day it will CLICK and when you catch the wave of that feel good feeling from the workouts and better eating, you will be obsessed (in a good way!) and will crave that great feeling and energy.
I joined QW back on Black Friday 2023 and I was stop and go stop and go for a week at a time if that, then stopped for a whole month and a half on my last go of that till now.
My journey isn’t perfect and that’s ok! Don’t aim for perfection, aim for CONSISTENCY. That’s truly the key. If your mindset isn’t there and your eating habits aren’t there, then work in steps to get there and work up to the consistency.
Everything will fall into place, I promise you. As long as you want it and really remind yourself about WHY you want it.

Yooooo can I just say that when I said I was coming back and putting myself first, I meant it!!
This is the first time I’ve ever done a full body HIIT and lower body power back to back. 🔥😳
I burnt so much calories and my legs was trembling girls!! Woooooo, Fabi helped me bring it tonight!
I use the peloton app to track my workouts with my heart rate band (gotta get me an Apple Watch soon tho!!)
Just wanna say that if you been stuck in a rut and were paying for this app not putting yourself FIRST, then this is your sign to stop doing that and hit play baby!!! 👏
Your future self will thank you!!

Possible trauma dump here, just a heads up. 🥴

Hi everyone. What do you do when you fall off?

I get on my grind for a week and I’m feeling great and eating good and AMAZING then when $hit hits the fan because of work or other life things, I get right back into my stress habits. I just had a panic attack last week on Thursday, I’ve never had that happen before.

Now that I’m 39 it feels way more difficult than it used to when I fell off in the past and it’s driving me crazy. Feelin like an old lady.

I know that the stresses of life are always gonna be there but man, I feel like I just can’t catch a break.

Anyone have advice? Anyone can relate?

I work from home in a call center job with back to back calls of people mostly screaming at me, 11 hour shifts, I don’t have a car anymore because I sold it before we moved to Texas from Washington state, and I don’t know anyone in this town so I’m feeling like a loser with no friends or social circle. I feel so isolated and it’s starting to get to me bad.

Anyways enough of my sob story, I guess I just needed a place to vent. I may delete this later.
Going to do today’s affirmation to help these feelings subside a bit hopefully.
