At the very top there is a video on how to get started and how to use the app.

I would just take some time to click around on the buttons and get to know the app. It’s a pretty smooth process after you know where everything is :)

I play the workouts on my Roku tv but when I wanna chat during the live I just pull it up on my phone but just for the chat. You don’t have to have the video playing on your phone to chat or just turn the volume off on your phone.
