My goal is to stay consistent with my diet and no sugary drinks through the end of the challenge. I tend to slack off around week 2 or 3, so I will push myself to stay motivated. Im tryna get that sexy summer body that I had in my teens/early 20s!!!

Meal INSPO for Team Yvona!!
For breakfast I’m having yogurt parfait with protein granola. For lunch I have a turkey sandwich with whole grain bread and some fruits. Dinner is always a ground turkey meal!

Now I just gotta get my hands on the celery juice and I’m good!

I use an app to help me track my water intake and for reminders to sip every hour! “Waterllama” check it out!!

There was an issue with my email address. It was fixed around 1030pm last night. I feel silly for being impatient when the error was on my part! Don’t be like me! Just be patient and I’m sure they will fix your issues! ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Hola! Yes, I emailed last week and was told to wait until today to view videos. I’m trying to work with support but sometimes it can be hours in between replies. Thanks for your help!
