Me time 🥰 I joined Queen Warriors in June2023 and was not ready to purchase equipment until I saw I was going to be consistent. 7 months in 🥳 still going 🙌🏻 and slowly have created my little mobile gym 🥰 a space for me ✨ to show up for myself daily 👑 Thank you coaches 🙌🏻 the transformation has been a blessing from the inside out 🙏🏻🥳

That was my go to this morning 🙌🏻 it was soooo good! Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are my 1 hour work out days 🙌🏻 the mommy makeover challenge guide helped me remain consistent with the weekly work out schedule.
