So I’m on medical leave from work for the month. I am a workaholic so I felt super guilty but my mental health is more important. I have decided to make this leave count. Stop smoking, workout consistently and stop looking at the scale. Sometimes I get in my head about my weight, but this community always reminds me that my only failure is not showing up for myself. I love it here bc I don’t feel so alone and you ladies make it easy. I am so very grateful for all of you here🩵🩵🩵🩵 hope you guys have a great weekend.

Ladies, if you have not done or was able to watch coach sammi barbz workout live, make sure you do the stretch in the beginning. Do it twice if you need it bc bayybeee, you might need it lml. Hey ladies is Thursday and I am starting my first my first replay of the week🙆🏽. Life has been life'n okay but your girl is gonna stick to this. They say it takes an average of 66 days for something to become routine. I am gonna shoot for 60days and hoping that with 4 days a week it can work the same🤷🏽. I have been too excited to do the Barb workout with one of my favs, Coach Sammie👏🏾👏🏾💃🏽 🎉. Here goes nothing💪🏾 wish me luck lovelies💜💜💜
