I’ve definitely noticed a few changes!

1) my back rolls are shrinking! 🤗

2) I’m able/needing to go up in weight during power/strength training 💪🏽

3) I’m able to make it through an entire workout without having to pause or take a break 🥵

I’m definitely clapping it up for my small wins..it make the journey much more enjoyable.

Hey Queen! Go to the community tab in the app and then you might have to click channels up in the left hand corner if it takes you directly into one. There you should see the private lyc_spring_edition channel 🤗
