Hey y’all! I decided that this go-round I was going to track my macros. It helped me greatly in the past when I was doing a keto diet (back before I had children). I’m using My Fitness Pal for the first time and I’m confused by something. They added my calories burned back into the calories that I should eat for the day? Never saw that before.. I’m not super focused on the calories but it was just something I noticed.
