Lately I have been looking at myself like ugh 😩. I don’t like my stomach. I want it to go away already! Then I remember my body gave birth to 2 kids. I have to give myself grace. Some people can’t have babies. Working in healthcare put life into perspective! Makes you realize that small simple things matter!! So please, give yourself grace, be patient, love yourself, accept the things as they not for what it should be and work hard towards your goal to be where you want to be!!

Can I say the sweating is real!

This week has set me back. That’s all it is a set back. I woke up yesterday AM with so much pain in my throat. Damm strep throat! 😔😔 A minor set back. Have to heal for hopefully a week and return, however still being able to choose healthy eating, I’ll take that as a Winn 🙌🏆. And lots and lots of tea and soup..😂😂 have a great Tuesday Queen!!
