I agree!! The woman here gives you the urge to stay committed and consistent!! I think having a visual will help me. It’s something new that I would like to try!

Great job Queen!!! Stretching & hydration helps with pain and feeling sick symptoms. Stay consistent and you will see the changes!!! Remember it takes time for results! Trust the process! I say this because it’s something I had to learn! Nice work!!

Listen to your body boo! But don’t give up. Rest and then get back up the next day and get back to it. Make sure you stretch!! Maybe try taking some pre workout to help. Good job pushing through it! You got this queen!!
