I was not feeling the before pictures either! I started the mommy make over challenge and 3 weeks into it I get so sick with acid reflux!! I am much better now. So time to get back on track. I turn 45 God willing in July if 2024 and I want to be in the best health I can be!! Let’s get it in!! Queen!! I live in Florida!! We can do this.. I know that I cannot eat any spicy foods so I will need to tweak the recipes.. good luck to you..
