I agree with Shereen with starting off small. I have restricted with no more than 12lbs over my shoulders because of a medical issue. I purchase mine at 5 and below for cheap. Once you are use to a wt you can challenge yourself by increasing them.

Fabi has a gym πŸ’ͺ🏼 plan in the QW app. Maybe try that to start and then do the classes they offer at the gym or your own by learning from and SM platform.

Try doing your work out like many of our Queens early on Sat, or just when you wake up, because let me tell you Saturday is not a scheduled day for me at all. But workout in the AM, which will set the day for you! You will make healthier choices.
