It's a struggle at times. I keep in mind it's part of my self care and putting in the effort for myself makes me feel good and builds my confidence up. After each workout I feel energized and ready to take on the day with needing a nap by the middle of the day 😂. Each day do what you can and try different things. It may be a take a walk day or doing squats everytime you go to the bathroom. Or even dancing. It's just taking time to move.

It's hard for me too Queen, especially when Friday hit. Coach mentioned a cheat meal not a day. So I'm trying that. I make sure to get as much good food in throughout the day before I have something bad. This is my first week trying it and I don't feel as bad. The coaches also mention the 80/20 rule. I would suggest make sure you keep to the workouts and drink lots of water. The food change will come in time.

Having no coffee is a different kind of strength. I am doing coffee with collagen vanilla coconut flavor by Primal Kitchen. Sugar free. Still provides flavor.
