Good morning queens! I think I need more structure on the meal plan end of things. I’ve been doing my best with the info on the guide, haven’t missed a workout, and also haven’t lost a single pound after 4 weeks. I don’t notice any non scale changes either. I’m not going to quit but I’m feeling very stuck. I was really hoping the challenge would get me past this hump!
