Good morning queens! I think I need more structure on the meal plan end of things. I’ve been doing my best with the info on the guide, haven’t missed a workout, and also haven’t lost a single pound after 4 weeks. I don’t notice any non scale changes either. I’m not going to quit but I’m feeling very stuck. I was really hoping the challenge would get me past this hump!

Hey queens! Have any of you been able to successfully cut the creamy sugary coffee addiction? I’ve been able to cut it to one cup a day but I think it’s impacting my results

Hey queens!
Looking to align with any vegans in the challenge in the hopes of swapping meal ideas! I’m surprised about the beans being listed as something to eat in moderation as that is where I get much of my protein. In need of breakfast ideas especially, I think I’ve got lunch and dinners covered for the first week or two. 🫶🏽💪🏽

I did Yvonna’s full hour core barre replay from 1/29… any recommendations on something similar but less intense? Even with the modifications I was struggling to keep my core engaged. I need to build up to this…also that whole play list was fire!!!!
