Hi queens! It’s been a little over a month since I’ve been on the app. After coming back from vacation in mid July I sprained my heel and lost my amazing grandfather in August due to cancer a few weeks before my birthday. So much happening back to back took me off track. I haven’t been able to get motivated to work out and still not fully able to put too much pressure on my heel. I decided to log on and saw there is another challenge. Maybe this is a sign to start over again and hold myself accountable. Hope everyone is well. Missed you all even though I don’t really know any one like that lol but the workouts are definitely something I need in my life again.
