I’m not a crier, but I ended up crying after I finished this and the song was like Holy Spirit hit me in my chest. Something about this year man, God ain’t playing games. I totally needed to hear what Fabi said in this class.

Idk if it’s because it’s the beginning of the year or if because we are usually fasting in this first month but whatever it is that made you put worship on for this workout session. Please keep it going. Secular music tends to throw me off from connecting with God through my workout and through my day but I can’t mute you because then I won’t hear what you’re instructing.
