I am so excited about this challenge! Last night after signing up, I decided to pull out my measurements to see how far I've come over the last year!
I was shocked to learn that I've lost 3 inches off my waist and I am down 11.8 pounds! πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ™ŒπŸ½ I am so glad that I've been tracking my progress. None of my other measures changed much but I feel the difference in my body
This has me even more motivated to put this work in for the challenge. I'll be 40 in August and I know I might not be exactly where I want to be by then but, I definitely will be a lot closer to my goal!
I didn't write my measurements in the After boxes yet because I know I'll make more progress. πŸ’–πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ’ͺ🏽

So, I did this workout on Monday after seeing Yvona's video on the Barre challenge. I didn't have time to to get an hour in because of an appointment I had but I'm definitely feeling it in my triceps. πŸ˜©πŸ˜‚ It hurts so good!
I'm definitely getting my hour in tomorrow and Friday! πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ™ŒπŸ½
