The coaches are usually pretty good about showing modifications in the videos. I modify almost the time, especially anything where I have to jump! šŸ˜‚ You got it Queen, you will still see results, just be consistent!

I think the 10 min Booty Blaster amd 10 min Abs are add ons. If you log into yoir account online you can add them, if it wasn't included when you joined.

One day at a time Queen. What has helped me sometimes is to add in one or 2 things to my daily routine until it becomes a habit to keep from feeling overwhelmed trying to do it all. Give yourself some grace! Since you just had a baby and are just returning to work maybe focus more on healthy eating. Eating healthy can help physically and mentally! šŸ™šŸ½šŸ’– You'll get to where you want to be just keep going no matter what, don't quit!

I pray you get it figured out Queen. To be honest you might want to see a doctor about this one. Maybe have some blood work done to see what's going on, it's probably your hormones. Too much of anything can be bad for us and it is possible to over do it when it comes to supplements. Maybe ask the doctor to check your thyroid too. I've learned a lot of women have experienced hair loss due to thyroid issues! I'm praying for you girl. šŸ™šŸ½šŸ’–
