Hi Queen. I would say buying some of the equipment is optional as they do have a lot of workouts that you can do with no equipment, but like Coach Raven will say find and use what you have at home. I've purchased different weights and things little by little. I wanted to make sure I would be consistent first.
You can browse different workouts and also add them to the calendar for days you want to do them, or check out the calendar for the daily live workouts. Hope this helps.
