It's one of the recipes that I got from Queen Warriors. Chick peas, cucumber, grape tomatoes, red onion, capers, kalamata olives, salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil.

You look great! Thank you for the motivation! I'm working on remaining consistent in working out 3 to 4 days a week and definitely my eating habits. I've been with Queen Warriors since February and have gone through so many ups and downs, stopping and starting, but I refuse to give up. I turn 40 in August and I might not be where I want to by then but I will be a lot closer than I am now! That's the goal and I am sticking to it by any means necessary!

So far so good. I've been so intentional with my workouts and nutrition lately. I have been able to remain consistent. 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 Some of what you shared about focusing more on what we can or should eat as opposed to what we can't is helping me a lot.
