I feel you on that Waffel House! I use to live in South Carolina and that is the go to spot after the club! I'm guilty of that.

This looks good. I've been slacking too since the end of the summer challenge. I think my body just needed the rest after doing both challenges back to back.

I'll definitely be jumping back in soon. I worked too hard building my discipline up to workout, but I recognize my body needs rest too.

I can only post pictures live(the app doesn't let me upload), but it definitely works if you work it!

You have to put the work in and be consistent and you will see progress. It won't happen over night and diet plays a huge part. If you want a healthier lifestyle I would keep it.

I do 2 to 3 a day. I will workout an hour to a hour and a half, but no more than that. So I might do two, 30 minute workouts, or an hour workout then 30 minutes.

I personally keep Icy Hot on deck! It has helped me more times than I can count. If any muscle feels extra sore I use it over night and I am usually back to normal the next day. Stretch, and maybe soak in the bathtub with Epsom salt of you can.

It will get better!
