Hello Queen. Workouts schedule is usually MTW: 7am, 9am, 5pm, 7:30pm (No 7:30p on Tues) . TH: 9am, 5pm, F: 9am. All in EST. Either 1hr workouts or mostly 2- 30min workouts for an hour. They also post the weekly schedule on IG on Sundays 🙂

It is a struggle. Try to eat more protein and fibrous foods. And drink more water
