Agreed. QW is piloting a schedule change eliminating the 7 am & 10 am EST classes, but I hope it will not last. I do better working out in the morning & the 7am EST, (6am CST my time) is my opportunity to catch live classes, now I won't have that 😟

Hello Queen. Workouts schedule is usually MTW: 7am, 9am, 5pm, 7:30pm (No 7:30p on Tues) . TH: 9am, 5pm, F: 9am. All in EST. Either 1hr workouts or mostly 2- 30min workouts for an hour. They also post the weekly schedule on IG on SundaysΒ πŸ™‚

It is a struggle. Try to eat more protein and fibrous foods. And drink more water
