What up Coach Nay ! I'm doing the lyc๐Ÿ’œ and it's just a struggle trying to make meals or come up with ideas with what we are limited to. I love food and I also struggle with portion sizes. Maybe one week with a cooking segment? ๐Ÿ˜

Teโ€™Asia they are not consistently the same moves they are usually different combinations in each video. But you could always choose to do the same videos and progressively add weight. I've seen queens choose to do that too. When I went to the gym I did the same workouts and upped the weights as well, with queen warriors I just go with the flow of it. It's still moving your body and getting stronger! ๐Ÿ’ช
