Teโ€™Asia they are not consistently the same moves they are usually different combinations in each video. But you could always choose to do the same videos and progressively add weight. I've seen queens choose to do that too. When I went to the gym I did the same workouts and upped the weights as well, with queen warriors I just go with the flow of it. It's still moving your body and getting stronger! ๐Ÿ’ช

Hi! Queen Warriors posted these two in the Facebook group page. I haven't seen them post anything else for more advanced.

Happy new year queens! I just wanted to share something I made to help keep me motivated through the year for positive growth. I've never been good at keeping with written resolutions so I made a vision board to remind me of what my goals and aims for growth are, along with what's important. Hope all you queens have an amazing year!
