This was great Coach! I definitely felt it in my abs. My most hated exercise is Bear Crawls specifically with the leg extension so Iβll be working up to it in next 3 weeks. Thank you!
Omg those wall sits had me wanting to cry. My knee was hurting a bit so I modified the movements. Why did my legs feel like I didnβt modify anything?!?! My goodness! Great workout!
Iβll tell you what- I needed that so much. This was my first workout with you Coach Jamila and it will not be my last. The music, the encouragement, the stories are all what I needed. I grew up singing that last song and I absolutely loved that you played it. It reminded me of a time when I knew I was strong and capable and I feel like God is saying to me RESTORE. Everything I thought I lost is coming back and then some. This was really hard for me but I actually finished with modifications for some exercises and others I surprised myself.
