Great workout. Deceptively difficult but I pushed through. I need to be able to do pushups my upper body feels so weak! I’ll keep trying!

Who is doing the Booty Blaster program? I would love an accountability partner.

I will be doing my booty blaster workouts around 9am EST. It isn’t necessary for you to do them at the same time tho.
