Does the band resistance weight matter? I know you can get different weight resistance so thought I would check

What does she mean by round 1 and round 2 it’s only 1 video for the day right?

That sounds really good. You use flour? Do you use the chickpeas in the can?

Thank you. I’ve been loving the Greek plain yogurt non fat with granola and a lil bit of honey or fruit but I know I can’t eat that all the time. I’ve been eating oats also but in going to do the overnight oats thanks for reminding me of those because they are good.

I can’t wait to start the challenge but I noticed on the nutrition chart it has cheese under healthy fats but also has cheese under foods to avoid I’m confused.
