Been a while since I last posted here but I'm still reaching my goals. I tried Coach Chasity's lower body HIIT with ankle weights πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ™ƒπŸ’ͺ🏾 I love them. Yall pray for me. Back in the office 5 days a week for 3 weeks to wrap up a project 😭😭

Woke up this morning with burst of energy. Knocked out a Full-body Power class with Coach Chasity and a separate 30 minutes step aerobic class. Have a great day Queens

Took an extra day to recover from traveling and I'm so proud of my discipline. I enjoyed every moment of my trip. Now I'm back in routine and finished upperbody HIIT and Power with Coach Chasity. Have a great day ladies β™₯️β™₯️

Good morning Queens. I missed you all and your support of my progress hasn't gone unnoticed. I was feeling a little burnt out from the back to back challenges and I needed rest. Working on my mental health and doing the work with my therapist has been exhausting. Now that I've gained the momentum back, I've knocked out Lower Body HIIT and Power replay with Coach Raven.
