Take that time when you feel overwhelmed to feel whatever emotions you’re feelings. Let them run their course and then get back on track. During transitions thats we become more in alignment with our inner selfs and with that alignment comes great emotional healing. Take it day by day baby girl, you got this 🙏🏾💜
