Summer Shred Day 2, whew!! That HIIT was no joke today, the sweat from dripping from my glasses. Walked my 2 miles and stuck to my health meals today. Another great day down, look forward to tomorrow.

First workout in a while. I’ve kinda been going through a break up so I haven’t been motivated. Ending a 6 year relationship has been emotionally but today I decided to get back to workout no matter how I’m feeling. I can’t stay sad forever and the least I can do is try to get back to me. I’m glad I chose to workout. Feels good to accomplish something today. Love you Queens💕

Back at it for week 2. I think I enjoyed myself too much this weekend. Turned up for my cousins for their birthdays but ain’t made sure to still be conscious of what I ate and got a workout in on Saturday.

Day 2 down! I can’t feel my legs but I feel great 😅. Getting back to pushing myself to work out. I’ve been a bit unmotivated lately but I’m back. Getting on the scale and seeing 234.9lbs was the wake up I needed. Getting a walk in on my breaks and even doing a workout on my lunch. By any means necessary!
