Hey thanks queen! Iβll just speak on what Iβve switched to the last 6 months or so.
I typically do only 30 min 5 days a wk. one upper body, two lower body, one HIIT, and one yoga/pilates/barre class. When I first started I was doing the most lol. Now I make sure to rest twice a wk. Hope that helps

Also my lower tummy hates me and is still there but Iβm also about to be 43 so yeah lol
