Also my lower tummy hates me and is still there but I’m also about to be 43 so yeah lol

Hey thanks queen! I’ll just speak on what I’ve switched to the last 6 months or so.

I typically do only 30 min 5 days a wk. one upper body, two lower body, one HIIT, and one yoga/pilates/barre class. When I first started I was doing the most lol. Now I make sure to rest twice a wk. Hope that helps
