Hey Queens! I just wanted to check-in real quick. I haven't worked out all week. My dad is currently in the hospital so I have had to rearrange my entire schedule for now.The positive in this is that I have still been hitting my daily goals set on my smart watch. Due to all the back and forth I've been hitting my daily steps and still hitting an hour of active time. Missing the mark a little with the daily calorie burn, but I am watching what I eat and making healthy choices to make up for it. I've actually lost a few pounds this week.Life is always changing, but in the mist of those changes do what you can and don't beat yourself up. Focus on what you have control over. I hope you all enjoy the rest of the week and have a wonderful weekend. I'll be back in action soon. ππ½πππ½

Pulled something in my back yesterday morning casually standing up from the couch π even though Iβm in a little bit of pain. I know sitting makes it worse. So today I still went to the gym but I kept it light. Walked two miles on and off on an incline πͺπΌ #motivated
First day back to Queen Warriors in 3 years. Ready to get back to working on myself!!! Love this community.

I have to get back to eating better, no more excuses, Queen Warriors has given me every tool I need to make it happen.
I heard a success story from a Queen named Sarah during Fabianβs call for her 12 week Reconstruction plan that I have missed 5 weeks but today I was ready to get back!
Her and Fabiana said things that really spoke to me so here I am about to do Coach Ravens workout and meal prep for tomorrow!
