After tonight’s party it has really made me want to stay on track and focus on my goals to become a better version of myself. Today was a “rest day” but best believe I got in some steps to close my exercise ring on my watch. I really can’t wait for the fat burners because I rarely win anything. Thank you QW ❤️❤️🙏🏾

Today I went to the gym with a couple friends of mine. I showed them everything I’ve learned from Queen Warriors, it was a lot of fun! Jogged a mile on the treadmill.. We got in a full hour and we were sweating! And don’t worry, we worked on Marta’s form a little bit so she won’t hurt herself when we go again 😅I will complete another lil workout at home because I felt a little distracted. Today was a nice day. This was a big moment because I’ve only had a sitter a couple of times for the boys. The onl
person they have been with is their dad and that’s only for short shifts at work. I had a true girls night and it felt scary but fun to be away from my boys for a little bit.
I have so much room in my shirts these days. I wear really baggy clothes because I want to hide my body and I realized how ridiculous I look! So much excess material just adding excess bulk to my appearance
** I ended up getting a little extra work in at home once I got the boys to bed. 30 minutes of Coach Jamila latest replay and a 10 minute booty blaster session with Fabiana.
First and foremost, thank you Fabiana for the affirmations before the workout and with full transparency I haven't workout in a minute but today hearing coach say "we die for our children but are we LIVING for our children" hit my heart. She also said we want a tone body but it don't come on its own... we have to work for it. Yess!!!! Thank you Queens
Thank you Queen Warriors for the community, lives work outs, community and sisterhood to share our work out stories but also our growth. I pray for all the women who are battling self image trauma, for mental health restoration and may the Lord gives us all strength to push through to take care our temples.

Today was dedicated whole heartedly to putting into action the things I have learnt through Queen Warriors.
First thing when the boys father walked in the door this morning was to complain and try baiting an argument.
Raven asked in the W2D2 workout if the #LYC “Is this something your higher self would do?”
So, I asked myself and moved forward and held boundaries. Asked him to leave, texted him later and brought the baby with me to work after dropping the eldest to school.
This is day five of really sticking to my basic basic diet. I have to keep things simple to keep things moving and I have to say it’s working. I also wanted to let it be known that the 12 pounds lost is not from the start date of the challenge. A majority of that weight is from a week and two days prior, so 5lbs has been lost during the challenge. BUT I must remind myself it’s not about the scale! Accountability, showing up for me, being who I need to be… you know the drill.
Long winded as usual but I got the W2D3 workout in as well as a ten minute booty blaster session, the first half of the todays live and no treadmill being that it’s 3am. I don’t want to risk waking the boys up.
So I started queen warrior 5 weeks ago. I’ve been increasing my weights and when I went to put on my jeans this morning they were snug lol is this normal? HELP!
I’m tellin yall don’t knock it till you try it , I don’t mind powder protein shakes but I’d rather get protein for Whole Foods so o opt to make some delicious smoothies 💖
