Hey Queens! I do some of the weekly workouts but I'm looking to start a more disciplined progam and would love you and/or any of the coaches recommendations/expertise.Β
I did some research on my own and found that I should consider - circuit-based training (minimal rest between sets) with plyometrics (explosive moves) like jump squats, burpees, Bulgarian split squats and compound movements (multi-muscle exercises).
So I'm trying to put this together on my own with individual workouts or do one of the programs that 1. is tailored for fat loss + sculpting (not just cardio burn), 2. maybe pushes to increase weights or intensity (because I've read that progressive overload is where its at lol), and 3. is focused on waist, glutes, thighs.
Β I'm considering Sammi's Strength Unleashed. Have any of you Queens completed it? Did it help you see any results in the four weeks? I'm also watching my calories/macros and my water in take. OR does anyone have recommendations? TIA Queens!
