It’s been about about 2 weeks I haven’t worked out. I have been feeling bloated ,uncomfortable, and irritated. I remembered how good these work out made me feel. I needed to forget everything around me & focus on what makes me feel better. Working out was the 1st on the list. ❤️ 🏋️

I need an accountability partner! I so badly want to work but as soon as I get off work, my body feels like dead weight. I don’t want to do anything but sit down and relax…especially once I’ve eaten dinner! I used to work out every morning before work but life happened and I stopped. Now finding the motivation to get back up and start working out again is ROUGH! Anybody willing to be an accountability partner and take this journey of gaining our strength, happiness, and curvy body back again?!
