Month 3- Health Journey Update:

This month in particular, was a tough one. It had the power to make or break me. I was so close to giving up on how far I've come these past few months because of some setbacks. However, I reminded myself of what coach Fabi has been saying about how "I need to show up for me."

I was disappointed in the number on the scale. I wanted the numbers to go down faster. I also got discouraged because the pounds went up by a few. Then I watched a mindset coaching video with the guest nutritionist. What they said was SO encouraging. About how we shouldn't let the scale determine our progress because sometimes the breakthrough shows up in others ways. For example, like loose fitting clothes, smaller waist, etc. I've made progress regardless, and should celebrate even the little wins along the way.

So today, I remind myself that I AM A WARRIOR AND I WILL KEEP GIVING MY BEST! Keep going queens, don't give up👑❤️‍🔥

Late post: This was my first QW workout in a couple months. I fell off due to personal issues distracting me but this month of October I committed to getting back. I’ve been getting my daily walks in on the treadmill and finally today a QW workout. It felt so good! I forgot how much I needed this love, support and encouragement that this community gives. Time to lock in and focus on what I want and need again.

Coaches and QW Customer Support help this sister out PLEASE . These push ups ( that I HATE), when I do them, I occasionally have left clavicle pain. I know that is NOT right. I do Modified version because I am not yet able to tolerate my full body weight and I also dont make it as low for the same reason. Any form advice or tips?

This was two days ago on Saturday, me and my friend ( worship team member) at the finish line.😜. The Haven project 5K run to help end youth homelessness. More info at www.havenproject.net

This running occurred in the trail with hills and variety rocky surfaces. I thank God for helping us to accomplish it.

Just canceled the other super expensive membership I had for a while.  I liked all the options it provided but I couldn't bring myself to paying to crazy yearly fee.  I'm back to focusing on using Queen Warriors and I appreciate how real the leaders are as well as the followers that show up. 

I'm looking forward to connecting with other amazing Warriors here!
