I love the dance workout the best. I did two thirty minute dance workout after the live. That’s better on my body, but I gotta continue to challenge myself!! I’m feeling good.
Good morning Queens! I haven’t been a part of the community this week, but I’ve done two workouts on my own and about to jump in and do HIIT dance workout! Haven’t been feeling to hot! Some movement is better then no movement! Have a great weekend ladies!!

Queens!!! Got my 60 classes badge today and I am so PROUD! In total this year, I have completed 133 workouts!!! Find those little motivators and keep it going! I’m part of the 5am workout crew because I come before anyone else!
I almost gave myself the excuse that I missed the live workout tonight. My husband encouraged me to workout anyway so I played the replay from last night. I feel accomplished that I still showed up! No excuses!

Am I the only longtime QW that finds themselves constantly going back to old videos for the old format and older coaches. I’ve tried to give the new format a chance but it’s just not it for me. We used to get so much. I miss full hour booty blaster classes, or full hour upper body, or full hour lower body, I miss 30 minutes straight dedicated to core. It feels like we’re getting so much less than what we used to. I tried to post in the community of Facebook but you can’t even do that freely without admins denying anything they don’t seem worthy of being approved which is upsetting for this being a platform that considers themselves listening to the community but at the same it seems like you do so while also tone policing us or listening when it’s positive feedback and not negative feedback. Idk I just feel like I can’t be the only one so I just wanted to ask what any other longtime QW’s are thinking as well to see if maybe I’m being too critical.
I’m so proud of myself for pushing through this LYC. I dropped off on the last week due to family issues but this is the furthest I’ve gotten to finishing a LYC. I definitely didn’t expect to see the results I’m seeing and it gives me the motivation to keep pushing. I told myself I would be under 200lbs by my birthday in March but I wasn’t. I was starting to give up on myself again but I’m glad I didn’t. I know it sounds cliché but consistency is key! Workout no matter your mood and I promise at the end you’ll feel better. Making time for yourself is always worth it! I’m so ready for the next LYC!
