Greetings beautiful Queens!!!!

I have a serious question and/or concern.

I had a tummy tuck back in 2018 and I want to know if anyone here has suggestions as to what workouts I can do? I am overweight so I have 100 or so pounds to lose.

Any suggestions please and thank you?

Hello, Ladies!

Haven’t been able to work out as much as I want to due to my father being in the hospital, but I have to say but my eating habits have improved. This is dinner - four small potatoes, ground turkey, fat free cheese, pico and guacamole.

Monday made one month since I stopped vaping!!!. I stop it straight cold turkey. This is going to sound crazy but queen warrior helped me stop. Everytime the cravings became too much for the first week I just worked out which helped out significantly!

Trying to curb the cravings lead to working out 5-6 days a week. Which lead to me joining weight watchers. Which lead to me watching my protein intake.

It’s only up from here! Pictures will be posted soon!

First picture I felt like I hit rock bottom two years after having my son—just could not feel good in my body no matter what I ate or did to exercise…second picture was last week, just renewed my gym membership, five months into queen warriors. Similar number on the scale but different body composition and totally different mindset. Not gonna lie I never thought I would smile at my reflection in the mirror again. I really almost gave up and said okay I’m 35 this is just my body now. But u know what this platform and these coaches truly help me show up and put myself first. Thank you all and I love reading your successes n struggles. Don’t give up on you queens.
