Hey Queens!👑I hurt my back last week and I was out of commission, therefore I rested, stretched, and medicated and now I feel brand new. Just finished last Thursday’s replay with Coach Jamila and I feel great! 💪🏻💪🏻 I’ve learned that it’s ok to give yourself grace and restart without feeling guilty. Progress over perfection!!🙌🏼🙌🏼 And I got my 4 badge!!!😆

I’m not going to hold yall, after three weeks of being consistent. 1hr Queen Warrior workouts 5 days a week… today when I was walking in from the car my husband said BABE you look amazing! 🤣😍🫠 I needed that. I don’t know who needs to hear this but keep going! We got this 🤎🫶🏽

Picturing the most radiant version of myself in six weeks…

1) What does she look like:

I understand this looks very much like Coach Jamila however, if you look closer, that’s actually me in six weeks. #bodygoals

2) How does she think, move and feel?

She’s going ham; completely buck wild. She feels amazing, and keeps wearing sleeveless and backless shirts. She moves with an underrated seductiveness that makes others want to find out what she is taking. She thinks with the mind of a tiger. She wanted a six week body change, and went all in for the kill. She is woman, hear her ROAR! 😇

I was so excited to earn this yesterday then life LIFED!! Got my workout in today and got my badge. I am about 2 months on the app and getting compliments already and loving it. I am showing up for me and THESE MESSAGES!!! Thank you to the coaches / therapists because sometimes the messages hit direct like I told y'all my business😂. I love it here.

Yesterday I did Fabi’s Week2 Day2 of our LYS challenge and that burn was soo serious. I included June day 5 challenge and my calorie burn was insane! On top of that decided to go for one of my weekly walks earlier in the day not knowing what this workout was looking like and overall calorie burn for the day was over 1,000 thousand 🥵🥵 Fabi why you have to do us like that? Either way loved every minute of the burn! Hope you queens are staying hydrated, wondering if next week is going to top this weeks burn so far! 😬

Hi Queens! Happy Hump Day! I want to share my journey on QW. For the past two years I’ve been doing the balloon drop with my daughter and everytime I would look at myself not happy with the weight I had gained. So on Jan 1, 2025 I said I need to make a change and make it a lifestyle! For the past 5 months I’ve been working out 4-6 times a week and eating better. I’m happy to report I am down 16 lbs. and feel 1000 times better! It was not easy getting started but now it’s a habit that I will not break! I’m currently doing the LYC to push myself further. I’m rooting for all the queens on here!

Thank you to all the coaches because I’ve completed workouts ranging from 2023 to 2025 in these past 5 months.

Special thanks to Fabiana for creating a space where women can be vulnerable!
