3 weeks Completed!!!! I joined June 12th and have stayed consistent with 3 to 5 workouts a week! Only three weeks in and I feel so excited so motivated and so so great!!! And 4th of July didn't stop no show!!!! Lol!

Rise and shine ladies take this Sunday to self-care meal prep. Get some reading done focus on your week coming ahead. Make sure you got your clothes ready for the week remember to stay locked in and dialed in you got this queen enjoy your Sunday. My cardio has been completed. Did my first outdoor workout off the queen warrior app felt amazing on my way to Aldi‘s to buy my groceries for the week.

Okay so, real talk.

Whenever I go on vacation, I usually go all in....eatin’, drinkin’, livin’ it UP because… I mean, isn’t that what vacation is for!? Trying new foods, having fun, and not thinking twice about it.

But then I come home bloated, a few pounds heavier, and feeling like I need to hit the reset button.

Not this time. 🙌🏽

I just got back from a full week away, stepped on the scale, and saw I actually LOST weight. 😳 Like… what!?

Yeah, I moved my body with walks and even a yoga class (shoutout to my vacay self for that one lol), but I also didn’t let go of the healthy habits I’ve been working so hard to build.

Did I splurge here and there? Absolutely.

But I didn’t spiral.

And for me… that’s a huge win.

I’ve gotta say this wouldn't have been possible without the support, tools, and motivation I’ve gotten from this amazing community. So THANK YOU. Seriously.

Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. This journey feels different this time… and that feels really, really good. 💖
