Hi Queens.

Hope you’re having a good week and seeing results from the LYC challenge or from being a Queen Warrior!

I wanted to share this picture of me and my Mom. She’s the one who told me about Queen Warriors and told me I had to find Fabiana online and thank God, I did!

After the pandemic my weight gain kept growing and I was aging rapidly. I joined QW in December 2020 and it’s been the best experience for me and my Mom 😁 because I text her pictures of my meals to encourage her to eat better and I share with her whatever information I learn from the nutrition classes with Coach Alexis.

Looking at these pictures side by side I know the results are due to the many challenges I have joined, the decompositions and for trying every day to make better eating choices and working out at least 3-4 times a week.

Keep going Queen, it’s not a diet it really is a lifestyle.

Thanks for your posts that really motivate me!

Hey queens! I haven’t worked out since my stroke in December and I have gained so much weight. Due to my mobility I cannot use equipment if anyone can drop your favorite core workouts with no equipment below I would greatly appreciate it.

Hope all you queens are enjoying this amazing community. I hurt my lower back a week ago and have stopped working out. My doctor advised that I stop for now. I miss my workouts so much and was wondering if there is any modifications that I can do? I feel lost when I go this long without moving my body. I consider myself addicted to this community.

Hi Queens πŸ‘‘

Hope you’re all well?! Happy Fall 2025 🍁 I’ve been house/dog sitting at my sisters for a week. I am still doing the challenge & getting my workouts in. I go home tomorrow, I can’t wait to meal prep.

Last week, I made a stuffed bell pepper it was so good but then I was a little overwhelmed by all the meat next time I will try a vegetarian or vegan version. If you have any ideas please share them.

Earlier my cell flashed a picture of me from a few years ago and it made me realize that’s why I am here! I need Queen Warriors, I see the difference, it’s not an over night thing for us over 50 but it’s possible! Keep working out ladies, keep moving and you will see the results πŸ’ͺ🏼 πŸ’ƒπŸ½.
