I love the dance workout the best. I did two thirty minute dance workout after the live. That’s better on my body, but I gotta continue to challenge myself!! I’m feeling good.


The hardest part of the LYC challenge?Making sure I had my meals prepped and with me at work every single day. But once I started losing a pound a week, I knew I was on the right track.
I originally thought six pounds in six weeks wouldn’t make a huge difference—but I was wrong. Because it’s not just the number on the scale. It’s the fat lost, the muscle gained, and the confidence I feel every time I put on clothes that now fit better than ever.
This journey reminded me: consistency and discipline wins. Every meal. Every workout. Every choice matters.💪🏼
Hello I’m trying to find the replays and can’t find any. I only see old videos from years ago and before I was able to find the replays. I can see the newer videos on core, full bidy but upper & lower body are videos from like 2023
I almost gave myself the excuse that I missed the live workout tonight. My husband encouraged me to workout anyway so I played the replay from last night. I feel accomplished that I still showed up! No excuses!

Am I the only longtime QW that finds themselves constantly going back to old videos for the old format and older coaches. I’ve tried to give the new format a chance but it’s just not it for me. We used to get so much. I miss full hour booty blaster classes, or full hour upper body, or full hour lower body, I miss 30 minutes straight dedicated to core. It feels like we’re getting so much less than what we used to. I tried to post in the community of Facebook but you can’t even do that freely without admins denying anything they don’t seem worthy of being approved which is upsetting for this being a platform that considers themselves listening to the community but at the same it seems like you do so while also tone policing us or listening when it’s positive feedback and not negative feedback. Idk I just feel like I can’t be the only one so I just wanted to ask what any other longtime QW’s are thinking as well to see if maybe I’m being too critical.

Hello I purchased the FAB Abs for 1 year and the videos are no longer working. Is there something I should be doing to make sure they are active. This is the 2nd day when I hit play with no activity.


Just joined and so excited!! I'd been doing my research on joining a program but I am a person who looks into everything before making a decision. 10 weeks ago I reached out but did not join. I have been deepening and reigniting my relationship with God because to be honest between being a full time career woman juggling multiple hats and a single mother to a very active boy, its been a struggle to find the time for the things I need for me such as maintaining my spiritual, physical and mental life but that ends today. I was led back to Fabi and as I bathed my now 4 year old I listened to her workout and the things she said...her praise breaks...I knew this was where I was supposed to be! Looking forward to the journey ahead!!! Praying over Fabi and her business and vision!!!
