First picture I felt like I hit rock bottom two years after having my sonβjust could not feel good in my body no matter what I ate or did to exerciseβ¦second picture was last week, just renewed my gym membership, five months into queen warriors. Similar number on the scale but different body composition and totally different mindset. Not gonna lie I never thought I would smile at my reflection in the mirror again. I really almost gave up and said okay Iβm 35 this is just my body now. But u know what this platform and these coaches truly help me show up and put myself first. Thank you all and I love reading your successes n struggles. Donβt give up on you queens.

You know we HAVE to start off the week like a true Queen Warrior! See you at 7:30pm for a 30 minutes of HIIT (no equipment needed), followed by a 30 minute Booty Blaster Session. Now, I donβt have a costume for you today - but there may be a few tricks up my sleeve! π

Hey y'all! Here's my most recent before and after shots. I don't currently know my weight because I rather focus more on my health than a number. However, I am feeling alot better so far.
Hip pain has left. I have less frequent headaches. I feel more energized compared to how I was a few months ago. I don't fit some of my clothing now lol but I don't mindπ€·ββοΈπ lol I am grateful for how far I have come and I am hopeful for more progress along the wayππΈ
For those who need to hear it: it's ok to struggle but don't be afraid to get back up again if you fall. The only way to overcome our struggles is to follow through. So keep going at your own pace wherever you are in your journey of health and healing. You got this!ππ
