So while working out I struggle with being comfortable in my lunges and I canβt do a push up yet , with that being said if I cannot do a complete push up am I still getting something out of it when I do them even if I canβt go all the way down same with my lunges lol I almost fall over trying to do those but when I go down as far as I can I feel like Iβm not going down enough ? Any suggestions
How do we access replays now? I used to go to browse and search by target area but they all seem to stop at the beginning of the year now.

This week I am being tested guys!!!!! Had a few days off from work ( looooong overdue) had plans to rest visit my family out of state and boom my car stopped working by the end of my last shift, COULD NOT EVEN TAKE ME HOME!!! low-key upset I did not workout over the weekend ate burger king ( I dont even like their food just stressed) paid for a rental can't get the car also can't get a refund !!! Request a tow truck can't get the car towed to a shop ( they claim no available drivers.... LIES!!!!) now trying to workout and it feels like it is day 1 my body is tight I can't catch my breath my heart is pounding out my chest and I just dont want to do this!!! I am honestly trying to stay positive and keep at it because I refuse to break my streak (few days away from my 90 class badge). All I want to do is eat bread and junk food and rice and ice-cream all the things I have not been messing with since the year started!!!! Pray for me Yall because DEVIL is trying me!!!!!!uuugggghh !!!!!!
