Calling this week a win. Regardless of how I feel and the situation at present, I showed up and showed out for myself this week. I worked out 4 days but that Barre class...wow.

Hey hey. Iβm new to queen warriors . Iβve trained before in the gym as well, but with 3 kids β¦ i can never stay consistent. Iβm hoping this will be my answer to better health to my fitness goal. Just finished Ravenβs intermediate hit workout & baybeeeeeee .
Week one has been a struggle for me. Itβs been awhile since I work out as much but extremely motivated and ready to continue.
