Finally trying the sweet potato and ground beef bowl. It came out fire! Sweet potatoes, ground beef with taco seasoning, black beans, corn, cilantro, tomatoes, spinach, avocado, cottage cheese, green onions, picante sauce! Queens highly recommend! 🤤🤤😋
Just finished Fridays workout got my 3 workout badge!!! Anyone else 🙋🏽♀️ slide off their Matt in those row planks due to their knees sweating 😂..
Saturday are my favorite day ❤️ I like to get up early and get my workout in to feel energized for the rest of the day. I did upper body and ended it with 8 mins on an inclined walk.

When I got home, I gave my boo a high five ✋ because I was so proud of myself. 😂 QUEENS, WE DID THAT!! 🍑💪🔥But more importantly… I’m doing this for me. For my health, my confidence, and my well-being.Something Fabi said really stuck with me: “ No one can get in your way.” And honestly… when I thought about it, the only thing that’s ever really gotten in my way has been my own insecurities.I put my headset on, played Fabi in my ears, and walked into the gym thinking I have no idea what I was doing. 😅 But just listening to her helped me stay focused and stop worrying about what everyone else thought. At the end of the day, we’re all there for the same reason, to become better versions of ourselves. ❤️ And it’s okay to be a little selfish when you’re investing in your own health and happiness! 😤 I’m only a few days into this journey, but I’m already so thankful to be here. 🫶🏽🥹🤍
(07/31) FRI: HIIT + Full Body
Oof let me tell you, I was DRAAAAAGING today! My baby decided at 4am it was time to be awake and he was rolling and screeching and doing TOO DAMN MUCH 😆 that went on for an HOUR+ when I finally got him to sleep and myself my other kiddos woke up 😐😐
Why they want to wake up at 7am 😮💨 just to be culo heads 😆
My oldest had an eye appointment that lasted much longer than it needed to bc the one office didn't do their job correctly so I had to drive to another one 😐😐😐
I came home had to meal prep my meat. Cook for the kids, start laundry, clean up a bit... I took a 10 min nap bc my kids can't let me live 😭😭😭
But MAMA GOT IT DONE 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
I stacked 3 plates to give me elevation.
I used my 20lb for the skull crushers & 10lbs for the other work outs!
